The family is poor, and she needs so much – a wedding dress, a wardrobe, headcoverings, basic kitchen utensils.
Helping a poor bride is a special segulah for a Refuah Shelaimah, as the mitzvah appears in our morning prayers between
visiting the sick and accompanying those who passed away.  “Hachnosas Kallah” is such a great mitzvah that it stands between sickness and the angel of death!
What can be more beautiful than helping to build another Jewish home, another holy Jewish family?
